A Black woman owned AI SaaS company

The AI tools give you a file. Varynt gives you a business.

Every generation platform ends at the download button. Varynt keeps going: the training that qualifies you, the community that carries you, and the brand deals that pay you.

The Gap

The category built better tools. Nobody built the thing around them.

They charge, they never pay.

You buy credits, you make something, you leave with a file. Distribution, buyers, and income are entirely your problem. The business model runs a meter against you.

They hand you a blank box.

The prompt box assumes you already know what you want, how to describe it, and what to do with it. Fine for a technical creative. A wall for everyone else.

They were built for people who already speak the language.

The whole category assumes you know the terminology, the workflow, and what good output looks like. That leaves out everyone whose expertise is in something other than technology, which is nearly everyone with something worth selling.

What It Is

One platform, four pillars.

Varynt is a Black woman owned AI SaaS company built for people who have something worth selling and no technical background to sell it with.

Choose a studio and produce finished work with image and video AI, without touching a prompt box. Get certified through a CPD accredited program that runs inside the product. Join a member community with real letters, chapters, and lifetime membership. Take brand deals that arrive in your portal and deliver them from the same place you made the work.

Create makes it. Certify qualifies you. Bond keeps you. Earn pays you.

Browser based. Works on desktop and mobile. Launching October 2026.

The Platform

Four pillars, one loop.

Varynt Create screen with five studio tiles

Create

Five studios instead of an empty field: Faith and Spirit, AI Kids Corner, Podcast Studio, Short Films, and After Dark. Each one opens with the outcome you are making and walks you to a finished piece. Image, video, voice, music, and face training sit underneath, doing the work without demanding you learn them first.

Varynt Community screen

Bond

The AI Sorority & Fraternity brings letters, chapters, crossing, and lifetime membership into the product. Member directory, chapter groups, events, and a feed. Nobody walks away from the place that holds their people.

Varynt Certify screen — ATII Learn Hub

Certify

The ATII Learn Hub runs inside the platform, not beside it. Modules, progress, and a CPD accredited certification (CPD Provider #50846) that earns a badge on your profile and qualifies you for brand deals other members cannot see yet.

Varynt Earn screen — brand deal opportunities

Earn

An opportunity feed of open briefs. Matched offers based on your studios and certification level. A deal room with brief, deliverables, and approvals in one thread. Delivery straight from the studio where you made the work. Payouts settled to the method already on file, with an 85% revenue share to the creator.

The loop: you cannot copy this by adding a feature. Each pillar is the reason the next one works.
Why Now

The models are converging. Everything around them is wide open.

Generation quality is becoming a commodity. Every major model is getting good and the gaps between them close every quarter. Building a better model is the wrong bet for a company our size, and we are not making it.

What has not converged is the layer that turns a creator into a business. Training, credentialing, community, distribution, and payment. That layer is empty, and it is the one people actually need.

Varynt launches into it with the audience already trained.

Receipts, not projections

We are not looking for an audience. We built one.

307+
creators certified through the ATII Certification Program (CPD Provider #50846)
3,200+
educated across the AI Twinfluencer ecosystem
32+ yrs
in brand strategy behind the founder, with 10,000+ coached in business
Day One
launch audience through the AI Faceless Fortune community and an active webinar pipeline

The certification program and the community are not adjacent marketing. They ship inside the product.

Defensibility

Four layers. The model is the smallest one.

1
The business model is the product.
Every competitor charges for creation. Varynt shares revenue on it. Adding a payout layer to a metered credit business is not a feature release, it is different economics. They will not do it, because it cuts their own margin.
2
You cannot ship a community.
A competitor can build a marketplace in a quarter. Letters, chapters, and crossing take years and cannot be bought. This is the retention layer nobody in the category has.
3
Certification is a moat and a filter.
ATII is CPD accredited and 307 people have already come through it. It qualifies creators for brand deals, which makes it worth completing, which feeds the platform. A competitor starting today is four years behind.
4
We built for the people they skipped.
The category is designed for the technical creative. Varynt is designed for the person with real expertise and no technical background, which is the far larger market and the one nobody is serving. Reaching that user means rebuilding the interface from the ground up, and nobody with a working product will do that.

The models will keep converging. The community, the credential, and the economics will not.

The ecosystem behind the platform

Education and community were built first. The platform arrives with both inside it.

The Nonprofit Arm

The IIAII Foundation

The IIAII Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit bringing AI literacy to the communities the technology industry reaches last — youth through AI Kids Korner, seniors through Baby Boomer AI, and first-generation creators through scholarship seats in the ATII Certification Program.

3,200+ trained and 307 certified across the ecosystem to date, with an active grant pipeline funding the next cohorts.

A clear line between the two

The IIAII Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit. It is a separate legal entity from Varynt, Inc. The two do not share finances. Donations to the Foundation are charitable gifts, not investments, and confer no ownership, equity, or financial interest in Varynt, Inc. Investment in Varynt, Inc. is a separate transaction with a separate entity and does not support the Foundation.

Investor Materials

Detailed financials, use of funds, and terms are available on request.

Straight, no chaser

Everyone raced to build a better generator. We asked a different question: what happens to the person after they make something.

Nobody had an answer. So we built the whole thing around it.

Hope is not a strategy. It is what happens when the strategy is right.

We are going to make history together and you will be recognized, rewarded and compensated for being here.
